1. Your Clients Preferences
A CTA always starts with the general idea about the charter trip and your clients preferences. We get the basics questions answered to form an aligned vision, that we work towards – Either trough you or your client directly we find out what resources we need. Whether that be the number of instructors, what gear to bring or other custom requests that may arise.
2. Itinerary – Spot Scouting
Once the vision clear it is time to talk about the itinerary. – To create an unforgettable experience for your charter client we get in touch with you and the vessels captain to evaluate the itinerary. We select spots that are good for kiting, but still offer variety for the overall experience of the charter. – Other activities and guests onboard are taken into account.
3. The Trip
The exciting part is about to begin. After finalizing the details and successfully signing the contract the trip is just around the corner – Our instructors will join the charter yacht before the client arrives. They integrate with the crew and prepare the gear, ready to take on lessons at any time. – From there your charter client experiences absolute freedom on water.
LESSON GUARANTEE – should there be no wind during the charter we still want to get your client kiting. We make sure he gets the kitesurfing experience he was looking for. With the Luxkite Lesson Guarantee we will organize a full course of 9hrs at one of our partner schools around the world. Those lessons can be claimed within one year after the initial charter – no extra charge.
4. Let’s Keep Kiting
The trip is over, but the fun doesn’t stop. – After completion of the basics lessons students get their IKO certification. From this point they are independent kiters and benefit from all Luxkite features. – They can purchase highly discounted gear and book advanced lessons to stay on the board. – A new charter trip might bring them to their next remote kite spot.
