We are the world’s first fully flexible kiteschool that specializes in yachts only. Our onboard service is available worldwide, giving you the ultimate freedom. Booking with us requires no previous kitesurfing experience or gear as we cover everything.
We teach kitesurfing in a discreet and private setting, with our instructors being trained professionals. All lessons are tailored to the clients’ needs and preferences, ranging from beginner lessons to supervision, as well as highly advanced training with well-known PRO-Riders.

Onboard Teaching
The Luxkite teaching concept revolves around yachts. Our priority is to provide our service in a way that makes our clients feel comfortable and free. – Therefore, we have developed a special way of schooling with onboard instructors, teaching you every necessary skill to become an independent kitesurfer. We include a basic training at the shore, so you can successfully pass your IKO Certification.

Worldwide Booking
Yachts move, and so do we – At Luxkite, we offer our clients the ultimate freedom to book their kite-lessons anywhere in the world. There are no restrictions when it comes to kite locations. We arrange a pick-up point and from there we reach even the most remote spots on the planet. Being highly adaptive we also join vessels on itineraries through the yachting hotspots like the Meds or the Caribbeans.
Our Instructors
A team of at least two Luxkite onboard instructors will assist you during your trip. They will be available at any time to give lessons, help with supervision, and entertain guests. They are trained to teach from tenders and assist lessons with a jetski. Their experience goes beyond kitesurfing, which lets them integrate with the crew easily as they know the etiquette of yachting.
Kite Gear
To guarantee the best experience we work with new gear from the most trusted kite brands in the industry. We provide several kite set-ups and additional safety equipment like helmets, wests or radio communication devices. The gear is specifically selected to suit the client and the spot. – Besides gear that is used for teaching, equipment for recreational riding can be organized.

The Lessons
Depending on skill level and preferences lessons are generally held from the tender or the jetski, which allows fast progress and in-dependency. If spots are suitable, ground lessons at the beach or from the yachts swim platform are possible. – The client always has the freedom to decide when to go on the water, informing the onboard crew few minutes beforehand.
IKO Certification
According to your learning curve our instructors can internationally certify you at the IKO (International Kitsurfing Organisation). The certification lets you join a community of thousands likeminded kitesurfers. It also allows you to independently rent kitesurfing gear at one of their hundreds certified schools all around the world.

For an unforgettable experience we go the extra mile organizing you brand new demo gear to test or an advanced training with well known PRO Riders. – Always ask if you have other special requests.
Lesson Guarantee – No Wind, No Problem
Should there be no wind during your charter we offer you a complete 9hrs course at one of our partner schools – for FREE – valid for 1 year after initial charter

COURSE STRUCTURE
Kite Handling – Lauching & Landing Off a Boat
In the beginning of the course we introduce you to the kite gear, how to set it up and use it safely. This includes knowledge about wind and weather conditions, evaluating dangers, the safety systems of the kite and common practices. As our main focus is going to be Yacht-Kiting, we gonna introduce you to a special way on how to handle kiting from a boat. Launching and landing the kite prepares us for the next milestone…
In-Water Flight Control & Body Drag
Once we have mastered the basics it is time to get in the water. From here all in-water lessons will be assisted by a tender the entire time. Now we are going practice kite control while floating, so we can get used to the feeling of steering and become a master of the wind. First Waterstart & Riding Practice
The kite is under control, we feel safe and confident? Let´s grab the board…at this point the real fun part begins. We are going to practice the waterstart, which will allow us to get out of the water onto the board. Once riding we supervise you on direction changes, edging and going upwind. By achieving this step of the learning curve you officially become a kitesurfer. Now you can practice and take on advanced lessons…
Advanced Lessons – Jumping, Freestyle & Foil
This is where we take things to another level. Our advanced lessons fit the intermediate rider as well as the super experienced ones. Depending on your skill level we introduce you to the basics of jumping or teach you super complex freestyle tricks. If requested we bring on a Pro-Rider that will share his secrets and join our sessions. Besides that we also offer foil lessons for all those who want to experience flying.
